Obtain an official API key at aistudio.google.com/apikey.
Note for Cloud Speech: Ensure the Cloud Text-to-Speech API is enabled on the same Google Cloud project, and that any key restrictions allow it. This does require a billing account, but Jeeves' voice will switch over to the standard (usually tinny) local voice on your device before you hit that limit, if you ever get to that point, so you'll never be charged for Jeeves to talk to you.
